The Platform is intended for US veterans, active-duty service members, military family members, and the general public seeking information about veteran benefits. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You may not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your military service status.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload false or misleading military service documentation
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Veterans.pro a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content on the Platform. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Veterans.pro does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any benefit information. Always verify benefit eligibility with the relevant government agency.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veterans.pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
