Florida has no blanket sales-tax exemption card for veterans on general purchases. The only exception is the adapted-vehicle sales-tax waiver for veterans with a VA adaptive equipment grant (see Category 3). HB 665 (2026), which would have created a broader exemption, died in committee.

No free or discounted trapping license is available to Florida veterans as a distinct benefit. Alligator trapping licenses and permits are explicitly excluded from both the disabled veteran license and the Military Gold Sportsman's License. Florida does not offer a state military service bonus or homecoming bonus to veterans. No state bonus program has been enacted. The FL Legislature has occasionally introduced bonus legislation but none has passed as of the research date; confirm with FDVA (727-319-7440) whether any new program has been enacted after publication.
